Experiential Learning

HUMANS of MIDAS Project: This serves as the capstone project for the Transcend Module. Its primary objective is to instil empathy, a key trait essential for success as an entrepreneur in the real world.

Rural Immersion Program: The Rural Immersion Program helps students gain insights into rural markets, supply chains, and the behaviour of rural consumers in India through field trips and personal interactions with nonurban residents. This awareness equips students to design products with a social benefit in mind.

Outbound Activities: These activities involve visits to various commercial establishments such as outlets and corporate offices, along with interactions with business owners across diverse industries including F&B, retail, beauty, fashion, IT, and more.

Entrepreneurial Process: This phase explores the fundamental elements of initiating and managing a successful business. It is designed to provide you with a comprehensive grasp of the entrepreneurial process, covering everything from idea generation to implementation and beyond.

Brainstorming: This activity is most effective when conducted within a cohesive group of coaches and students who aspire to either start a new business or join a family business.

Mentoring

This phase explores the fundamental elements of initiating and managing a successful business. It is designed to give you a comprehensive grasp of the entrepreneurial process, covering everything from idea generation to implementation.
