M. A. Madan Kumar is the CEO of Midas School of Entrepreneurship, Bengaluru, and co-founder of the Liberal Education Foundation, the sponsoring entity. He studied Automobile Engineering and Management, began his career in 1992 at Textron Turf Care, and co-founded LogroSoft Technologies Inc., USA, a healthcare company. He exited Logrosoft, joined MKTron group of Malaysia, a major auto component manufacturing MNC, and became its India Director. Recently appointed as Professor of Practice at AdiChunchungiri University, Madan is dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and industry, ensuring students are fully prepared for their careers.

R Dhirendra, known as 'Drin', is the Managing Director and Founder Director of Eduquity Career Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leader in online examination services, and CEO of Educafé Student Solutions Pvt. Ltd., specializing in career guidance and student solutions. With over 40 years of diverse managerial experience, Drin began his career in advertising before founding Ampersand, India's first Software Tech Park. He has actively contributed to NGOs like Akshara Foundation and Pratham Books, served as the national president of Round Table India, and currently leads EXPA, focusing on training for NCC Cadets in personality and employability.
